Converts AVCHDs to Any Format

This program does exactly what I needed it to do. I have a Canon C100 that records in AVCHD format and I cant “see” the individual files on my computer. I used this to covert to MOV files and it did what it was supposed to.

The actual application itself is a little clunky and seems to have some errors in it (it kept getting stuck) Its not super intuitive either, but it worked. If they fix the freezy/clunkyness and make it a little more intuitive, absolutly a 5 star product.

Customer Support was AWESOME and super fast responding, like within 5 minutes fast, with the exact answers I needed with screenshots.
